Donations
Donations support our nonprofit work and are generally not refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, was charged twice or was for the wrong amount, contact us and we will review your request.
Recurring donations
You can cancel a recurring donation at any time from your account on this Site or by contacting us. Cancelling stops future payments; payments already made are handled as described under Donations.
Event tickets and sponsorships
If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will contact ticket holders and sponsors using the details given at checkout about the options available. For any other ticket or sponsorship question, contact us before the event.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through PayPal. Your bank or card issuer may take additional days to show the credit.
